Not a freight company, not a drop-and-go. We bring it, we place it, and we check it against the plans while we're standing in the room.
Most appliance damage and most wrong-model mix-ups get discovered weeks after delivery, when the homeowner opens a box, or when the installer goes to set a unit that doesn't match the order. By then the trades have moved on, the schedule's tight, and a replacement is a three-week problem instead of a same-day one.
We catch it on delivery day, because we're the ones delivering.
Every delivery, we walk the site. That means:
It's the same thing we're looking for in plan review, done one more time with the actual appliance in the actual room.
How plan review works →A freight delivery gets the box to the driveway. We get the appliance into the space, verified and documented, with a person there who knows what it's supposed to be and where it's supposed to go. When something's wrong, you hear it from us that day, usually before you'd have noticed.
