Appliance packages for custom homes and multifamily builds

One custom home or a forty-unit building. You send the plans, we come back with an appliance package, a budget, and a timeline, then handle the ordering, delivery, install, and every warranty claim that follows.

The problem

Appliances that get chosen last can cause the most problems

On most jobs, appliances are an afterthought. The kitchen gets designed, the cabinets get ordered, and somewhere around the drywall stage someone realizes nobody has picked a refrigerator. Then the allowance turns out to be short, the lead time is fourteen weeks, and the unit that finally arrives doesn't fit the opening the cabinet shop built.

We work the other way around. Appliances get decided early, on paper, when changing them costs nothing.

How it works

Six steps, one point of contact

01
Send us the plans
Floor plans, elevations, cabinet drawings, whatever you have. Even preliminary. We'd rather see it early and rough than late and final.
02
We review and flag
We read the drawings for fit and function before anything gets chosen. Clearances, door swings, ventilation requirements, panel-ready coordination, outlet and gas placement. If something won't work, you hear it in week two, not on install day.
03
Spec and budget
You get a package with real numbers, built to the tier that matches the project. If you're working against an allowance, tell us the number and we'll build to it honestly rather than showing you something you can't afford.
04
Order and track
One order, one contact. We track it, we chase the manufacturer when a date slips, and we tell you before it becomes your problem. You don't call six brands.
05
Deliver and walk
We deliver ourselves. We walk the site, photograph every unit as it lands, and catch damage or wrong-model issues on the spot instead of three weeks later when the homeowner opens a box.
06
Install and stand behind it
A trusted crew installs it, scheduled around your trades. And when something fails under warranty, because eventually something does, that call comes to us, not to you.

Plan review

We read plans for a living

This is the part most suppliers skip, and it's the part that saves you money.

A refrigerator door that swings into an island
A range hood that can't move the air the range underneath it produces
A dishwasher you can't stand in front of with the wall oven open
A built-in coffee system roughed in without a water line
Panel-ready units ordered before anyone confirmed the cabinet shop's overlay

None of these are exotic. All of them are expensive once framing is done. We've placed enough appliances in enough kitchens to know exactly where the drawings and the real world stop agreeing, and architects, respectfully, are designing a space, not living in it.

We flag it, you decide, and the problem never happens.

Budget tiers

Good, better, best, and a straight answer about which you need

Tier
Brands
Best suited to
High end
Sub-Zero, Wolf
Custom homes where the kitchen is the point
Mid-range
GE Café, KitchenAid
Most builds. Real performance without the premium
Value
GE Profile, Whirlpool
Rentals, multifamily, secondary kitchens, tight allowances

We'll tell you when the high-end package is worth it and when it isn't. Plenty of homes are better served by a well-chosen mid-range package and the money spent somewhere the client will actually notice.

We carry six brands, not sixty. Every one of them earned the slot by holding up in real houses over years we watched. When a line's service record slipped, we dropped it. We've done exactly that, and we'll tell you the whole story if you ask.

What we handle

What lands on us instead of you

Manufacturer defects and warranty claims
Damaged-in-transit replacements
Model discontinuations and substitutions mid-build
Lead time changes and delivery rescheduling
Coordination with your cabinet shop on panel-ready and trim kits
Spec sheets and cut sheets for your subs
Punch list appliance items after closing
Staged delivery across multiple units
We're not done when the truck leaves. We're done when everything works.

Multifamily & commercial

Multifamily isn't a custom kitchen repeated forty times

Most appliance dealers at our level chase custom homes and leave multifamily alone. The margins are tighter, and it takes a kind of logistics discipline a one-kitchen-at-a-time operation isn't built for. We do it, and we've done it here: apartments, condos, townhomes, and assisted living across Teton Valley, Jackson Hole, and eastern Idaho.

Volume ordering

Pricing and availability planned across the whole project, not unit by unit.

Staged delivery

Appliances arriving as each floor or building comes ready, coordinated to your construction phasing instead of dumped on site at once.

Spec consistency

The same package, finishes, and models across every unit, with substitutions managed when a line changes mid-project.

Replacement at scale

A defect process that works when you're dealing with forty of something, not one.

Everything that makes us good on a custom home carries over. We read the plans first, we deliver ourselves, and we stand behind what we sell. Multifamily just adds the logistics layer, and that's the part most of our competitors can't or won't do.

Reliability at scale

Built to run, backed to last

GE

Backed

For commercial and multifamily, the right appliance isn't the flashiest. It's the one that runs for years with the fewest service calls, because every callback is multiplied by the unit count.

That's why our commercial and multifamily lines lean on GE. GE backs the products we place, and we handle the defects, issues, and replacements ourselves. For a developer or property manager, that means one supplier who owns the problem when something fails, so your maintenance staff isn't chasing a warranty line across forty apartments.

Who we work with

Builders, developers, and operators

Custom home builders and GCs, apartment and condo developers, assisted living and senior housing, mixed-use and commercial. Ground-up or a renovation cycling units, the approach is the same: one supplier, one point of contact, supply through replacement.

Lead times

Realistic timelines, told early

Lead times move. High-end refrigeration and specialty ventilation run longest; value-tier packages move fastest. What matters isn't the number, it's whether you hear about a slip in time to reorder your schedule.

We'd rather give you a conservative date and beat it than an optimistic one and cost you a week of trades sitting idle.

FAQ

Common questions

How early should I bring you in?
As soon as you have a floor plan. Preliminary is fine. The earlier we see it, the more we can catch for free.
Do you work with the client's designer or architect?
Regularly. Send us the drawings and we'll coordinate directly, or work through you, whichever you prefer.
What if the client already picked appliances?
We'll quote what they want and flag anything that won't fit or won't perform. We're not going to talk anyone out of a choice they're happy with. We're going to make sure it works.
Can you build to an allowance?
Yes, and we'd rather you tell us the number up front. It's a better conversation than working backward from a package the client can't afford.
Do you handle the install?
Yes. We bring in a trusted install crew, the same installers on every job, and schedule them around your trades. Delivery and the final walkthrough we handle ourselves.
What happens when something fails after closing?
The client calls us. We handle the manufacturer, the parts, and the replacement. That's the whole point.
Do you serve Jackson and Wyoming?
Yes. Jackson, Wilson, Teton Village, Alpine, and Star Valley, along with all of Teton Valley.
What areas do you deliver to?
Driggs, Victor, Tetonia, Jackson, Wilson, Teton Village, Alpine, Star Valley, Swan Valley, and up toward Ashton. If you're building somewhere in between, ask.
